When I told my ex I was pregnant he didn't take it very well. We hardly talked (except to fight, everything turned into a fight) for the first 22 weeks of my pregnancy. About two weeks ago he agreed to come to an ultrasound with me. Ever since the appointment he's been acting totally different. He's been saying that he wants to be a father to our daughter. He's been offering to buy us things. He offered to buy furniture for my new house. He said he'll be there a couple nights a week anyway he might as well contribute. He even invited me to his company Christmas party. He's been calling me all the time. He's always asking me to go out and do things with him. I think it's great that we're getting along. And I really want him to be there for our daughter... but I'm still a little weary about the whole situation. Should I let my guard down and let him come back into my life for the sake of our child?
