I emailed my and asked him to give me the name of the apartment complex he was moving into next Monday. He told me and I looked it up online. He originally told me he was moving into a two bedroom apartment that was $750 a month. Well those are over a $1000.00 a month for a two bedroom. I asked him again if he had a roommate or if he was renting a one bedroom. He freaks out and says I will be the first to know when his new gf moves in. I do care that the person he is dating is nice to my child, but I do not care about when he decides to move her in. I am concerned about cash flow. I am getting no child support at the moment and he just got a new car and is moving into a swanky apartment.

Didn't you say that his new girlfriend makes good money, and the car is hers?? Maybe she is funding the Apt too...

Nope! The car is his, during the therapy session he said the payment s are $300.00. The car still could be hers. He just told me he is making over $40,000 a year and he can afford the apartment.

well, then he can afford the child support too, in my eyes.

I guess up to you then to chase it (legally, etc.)

Good luck!
