I got my copy of the papers yesterday! he is legally required to pay a nice chunk of child support each month now.. and the 1st payment is due by the 30th of september! lol. *happy dance*

now lets just see if he actually pays. :angry:

i hope so too iamharmony.. but somehow i foresee a long uphill battle to get a dime out of him. but who knows.. he could surprise me and be a halfway decent dad for once EVER! ok.. im definetly not getting my hopes up on this one... but at least its court ordered now. so 1 step down... 6-100000 months of fighting left to go lmao... *sigh* i hate that man so much.
