My ex and I have been broken up for a year and a half now. It has been a nasty battle with my 3 year old. I have tried to enforce orders regarding all of his girlfriends from spending the night and I was granted the orders he does it anyways. every girlfriend he gets he tells my son that he has a new mom and forces the girl down my sons throat basically. Well now he has the girlfriend from hell. She drives through my complex, calls me constantly. Makes stories up about me staying outside his apartment all night long. Has cop friends call and threaten me tries to press stalking charges on me. because my ex is living with her which is against the court order and he is more than 5 hours late with my child. He has to go to trial now for the assault charges that I filed on him. She is a nightmare and then now to get back at me they him and his girlfriend are tellling my son that he does not need me any more and that my house if full of monsters so my son is terrified to come home he will not go to sleep because daddy has told him that they are all over my house. And to make matters worse they are sending us to counseling together. We hate each other and can not even be in the same room to exchange our son. When he picks up my son he immediately goes and gets his girlfriend and she stays over there. They just hide her car. My son comes back and tells me that daddy makes him sleep with the girlfriend and that she and my son take baths together. What the hell is going on??? Not to mention that my son can reinact my ex jacking off on his girlfriend. My ex has a 300K loft downtown that is 711 square feet so every sexual act they do is in front of my son. My attorney thinks I am being a bitch and there is nothing I can do about it but I don't think that is true. My ex is trying to file stalking charges on me because his girlfriend says she sees me but yet I have affadivits of my whereabouts. Why would I follow them when I have a PI and can tell them what they are doing. Is there someone that can help me. Because this is getting out of control.

oh my!!! I am so sorry to hear!! I have no words of advice but do not give up, get an new atorney if you have to. That is just plain insane, i wouldve hit them both in their heads!! Maybe your son can tel someone about it, that is just horrible what you ex and GF do in front of your lil boy. My heart goes out to you. I wish i had more advie, but my thoughts are with you.
