i have been lurking on here for about a week and haven't been able to successfully register due to a glitch with my e-mail account and i am so excited to have finally had success!
I have been able to read through many of the latest posts and really look forward to getting to know all of you better. I didn't see a place to make an introduction, so i figured here is better than any. I am a single mom in Raleigh, NC to a two year old boy, tobi. I belong to a mothering forum for NC and SC, but i believe i am presently the only single mom on there so i felt that they didn't always get what i was going through. I am separated only recently, but we were never married. And while i may have some complaints, gripes, and residual anger - i am also aware that he is not a bad man and not a bad father (although he could certainly put forth a bit more effort).
