Ok... I came home sick from work today and I was thinking... it would be great if there was some sort of day care that parents could take their kids to.... that had like on the other side of the building separate rooms that parents could use to sleep in for a couple hours instead of taking a kid to day care, then driving home, then having to get back up to go pick them up... just drop the kid off.. and walk to the other side of the building and go to sleep... i dunno... it could be the fever talking.. but i know i did not want to get out of bed to go get my daughter today....

my worst sick day I ever had was the time both of my boys were 2 and 6. I had bronchiatis, almost phenomia and 106 deg fever for a week already. I locked both of the kids in my bedroom with me with a few toys while I dozed on and off. There wasn't anyone to call to help at the time and it would have been nice to have food delivered. The boys were really good too. They didn't even pester each other like the way brothers do and both of them kept themselves busy.

I felt very alone but realized how greatful I was to have two boys who behaved themselves when I wasn't feeling well...
