Ok.. I did call it quits w/the bf and that's a good thing. But I've found that I'm bored! I guess, there were alot of times that he or I called one another during the day... and now we don't -- I'm trying to find other stuff to do.

My boss would like for me to work -- ha!

Oh man, I had to change a bunch of habits. There were points during the day when my beau and I would always chat briefly online from work, and we talked in one way or another almost every night.

When those times would come, it was like physically painful not to be logging on and communicating with him. I started going to bed really early and reading a lot, just to stay away from the computer, for example.

After a week or two, I felt OK about not being in touch with him. Now, of course, he wants to start up again, but I can't go through all that again! That's another whole topic altogether.

I ate. That's pretty much my thing for when I'm upset or bored...so that's what I did. Oh yeah and shopped online...not very good coping skills I know. Now though I log on to this site every chance I get. Amazingly they haven't blocked me yet...I'm just waiting till the do.

if only I had known about this site 4 years ago! this is a much healthier way to cope than what I did ! I will spare you my gory details. but I will say that everyone here seems to know exactly what you are going through. trust me, this is much safer, and cheaper than going BUCK_SS WILD !

but going wild is better than going BACK !!! (disclaimer: this is just my opinion, and my sanity has been called into question a time or two!)

Well, last night was really rough. We met up to get my things.. (what was left at his house)... I guess not knowing what to do w/myself is really my biggest problem.
