OK here it is, since Ms Pinkie was so nice to start this I'll use it.

Update

Went to court today (fun, fun) I thought it was going to trial but not today.
anyway "she" had agreed to most of my offer to settle this little fight we have going on, but on two issues.
1 "She" wants full custody.
2 "She" will not agree to over night visits.

"She" was so strong on this that the Guardian ad litem asked for a conferces with the judge and mine and "She" attorneys (closed door)
and got it.

Well it seams that I'm not a wild axe killer, and the GAL has no problem with the kids staying with me so I won that one. I just need to go though a reunaforcation (or something like that) first, it seams that "She" has indeed been talking me down to the children and for my welfare this needs to go slowly, so I don't end up facing an abuse charge by "she" though the kids.

I also will get joint custody.

where I lost sort of, is that I need to start sending "She" the child support even tho there is no order to do so. You know good faith showing and all.
So goodbye 1/3 of my net paycheck now.

I think I did better today than I could have done.

I just cann't beleave that I married someone as wack as "She" has turned out to be.

Oh well until next time, it's not over until the fat lady sings and "She" isn't singing yet.

Why does it have to be a win/lose thing...
You and the kids get more time together and there will be more money for their needs when they're not with you.
I see it as win/win for your kids.
I'm not trying to kick you but if one looks at things differently perhaps it will be less stressful. Considering what you've been through with this situation I see this as a BIG step forward for you. I'm glad it's turning around for you and remember to give the kids the time they need to adjust.

Yea the reunification goes until April 25 then I get unsupervised overnight visit then.
Been thinking about court today
That there are others in the system that see that I am trying to do whats best for the children within the system and that "She" isn't.

I am in need of prayer now.
I'm having a hard time seeing how I can keep my own head above water with the old paycheck taking a 1/3 hit.
It's not like I don't want to give my children any $$ support, it's just I got bills to pay too.
Hard to have over night visits if I lose my house.
Any way it's all in Gods hands now.

OK Update time.
Bad news
I have lost my home phone so that means no internet.
also lost the gas to the house. oh well.
Good news
I had my sons the last two weekends.
It went better than I thought , but it's not the same as it used to be .
My next court date is in June.
I am hoping I can get this over with and start to move on with my life.
Anyway I'm at the libray now using their computer to log-on here.
And just wanted to say Hi and let everyone know that I'm ok and that I miss interacting with you'll.

Sounds like you may not get this for a bit but just wanted to say that positive thoughts are going out in your direction. I hope the home stuff gets back in order soon for you.
And that is so cool that you got your sons on the weekends. Not to worry, time has passed and everyone has been through stuff about all of this, so it couldn't really be the same. But glad that it went well from the sounds of it, and in due time it'll be more "normal" again.

Sorry to hear about your troubles FDD. You are missed around here! I am glad that the visits with the kids are going pretty well. Dont worry if they are still getting used to the idea of staying over night its been a while. Be patient and before you know it I think things will be alot morelike before. forget the fact that "She" broke the law when "She" took my kids out of state and has been told to return.
