My divorce decree requires that my ex be covered with a life insurance policy with our children as beneficiaries. I know he canceled the policy he had while we were married, and I am not sure if he is currently covered, since he has refused a couple of times to provide proof. Is there some nice way to compel him to provide me a copy of the policy? He says it's safe with Wife #4, but I have never met the lady, and I don't want to leave the welfare of my children in anyone else's hands.

Contact your attorney and tell them that you feel your husband is in violation of your divorce decree....They will get you an answer...
