Anyone have any ideas on how long it takes for the 'proposed' parenting plan to get signed? I haven't heard a thing in the past few weeks. Should I call up to the county clerk & ask? I thought they'd send something in the mail from the judge saying, 'this is fine' or 'change this'. This is stage 1 of 3 for the parenting plan that includes visitation etc. I live in WA state.

i'm not sure i didn't have do a parenting plan with kayley. it takes a couple of weeks

It's been a good 4 weeks, if not more. Maybe they're waiting until the test results come back to confirm he's the dad..even though both of us have stated he's the father.

we got tested in late janauary, her father tested in early february and we got the results late february. i would say call tomorrow and check the process of the results. they forgot to me the results to me. i was waiting on eggshells just to prove to him that i was not liar and i was faith to him, etc. hang in there, sweetie. its going to be okay, i promise.
