I am New to SFV |
I have a 19 month old daughter who has frequent ear infections I started out with Healthy Families, they cancelled me because I make to much. I am single, and cannot afford to put her on my insurance which would cost 400.00 a month!!!! Blue Cross and Blue Shield have both denied her. Her so called dad is supposed to be supplying this. My baby is enrolled at Indian Health, and I am unsure about this facility, anyone have any advice on insurance coverage that excepts pre-existing conditions. Or how is this Indian Health Care. Im in Nortern California, and my baby desperately needs insurance. What to do, any suggestions/

Just a idea - here in Illinois the child support enforcing agency does go after daddies to supply medical insurance for their kids if you have none. Check with your local child support agency- its called National Medical Act or something like that. Missouri has programs that care for child despite insurance, income. Call your local children's hospital socail service department for help in locating such organizations.
