hi all well is common law valid at all? im so confused me and my baby daddy did it last year for insurance purposes but i didnt get insured so it was a waste of time.
we are in the process of separating well he has tons of gf all over houston and dealing with all of them was tough been stressing myself out i asked him why wouldnt he stop he just keeps on saying i dont know...
oh yea and he joined the army he will be shipped out sometime in april and i wasnt part of the decision i guess he is running away from his responsibilities he tells me that its for our daughter's future but i dont believe him i told im i dont want anything from him once he leaves thats it me and my kid will move on w/out him. i havent had any sleep in the last few weeks been crying everyday i dont know what else to do Frowner

I hope I don't sound like a total idiot...but, what is common law marriage? Confused
Is it just going down to the courthouse and signing a marriage license?

well we went to the county clerk then signed something swear this blah blah then thats it its not even a marriage license
