My ex decided he only wanted the kids every Fri into Sat and every other Sunday. I have th court orders for this. HOwever, just the other day he mentioned that he would not see the kids for one month b/c come summer he was going to take Only our oldest out of country. He can't do this right?? I am thinking no b/c he will need more than his one to two day a week visit to make this trip especially since it will be a month. am I right?

He would need your permission, or a revised court order to do that, at least for the alteration in visitation time. Does your court order say anything about taking the kids out of state, country? If not you could try to file for a modification to include that since it is an issue that is coming up.
