Ok since you all on law subjects i have a big question to ask. I have three kids. One of them aint mine but i have tem gaurdianship of him. he has been with me and him mom since 2004 and just me since dec 2005. his dad has never tried to contackt him. whats the chances of me being able to adopt him?

well that sucks. even if i have had gaurdianship for the last two years and his mom isnt even around

i think i need to talk to a lawyer cause his sister was adopted by a fam cause he didnt show up for court or call. even though he wasnt willling the judge said that it was an automatic guester of giving up all rights. his mom wants me to adopt him but im afraid his dad will try to comeget him if hes served. then again theres the threat of him owing 5 years back child support and even when his mom was here i never seen any thing. i dont get anything from his mom or dad. dont bother me. do you think that would help in court?
