I was wondering what to do about moving i am moving am hopping to move to a new state my parents are moving i dont live with them now but i will i have a custody agreement with the father and a childsupport agreement the problem is he is in another country with the military stationed and he wants us to get back together so i dont think he will agree to sing the papers and i dont know what paters anyway i cant imagin if i when in front of a judge they would make me stay her i am hoping to go to school if i move and my mom would watch the kids while i was at school i stay at home with them now i was wondering if anyone has done this and how it all went

can you move before he gets back? if you can get a job or schooling.... show stability. i may be wrong but i dont think they could force you to move back as long as you dont already have a legally binding previous arrangement.
