I live in CA. My ex-boyfriend and I have a child together; long story short, he(whose charachter most would find questionable),ended up marrying a social worker.
Basically what I'm asking is for someone who knows the rules of conduct expected of a CPS worker could contact me, so I can explain all of the details. She is definately using her position at work, and goes into the cases that are open against me, and has made several reports on her own! Im not sure if this makes sense, but if you have any knowledge of CWS pracitces please help me
many thanks

I think the most direct approach would be to contact her supervisor and ask them your questions.

Exactly....contact her supervisor if you believe their is conflict of interest going on with your case. Especially if she isn't even the one assigned to handle your case she shouldn't be getting involved.
