I am New to SFV |
A quick history. Divorced 5 yrs ago. We have shared custody with her being the primary. In the divorce papers she has him 4 days and I 3 days, and i pay $40 a week. For the last 3 yrs our son has lived with me with very little interaction with his mom. I havent taken her to court thinking to leave well enough alone. I really dont need any support and of course she doesnt offer any up or pay anything at all. I have to ask her to pick him up from school and when she does she drops him right off to my sitter. She doesnt spend even ten min. with him say to a park or anything. My question is this should iI take her to court and if so what could I expect from the courts? Hes happy here and would hate for her to uproot him solely because I think it should be changed on paper.

You are a ghost now, Stay that way.
But keep track of everything in writing, as to what you do, whats going on, what its costing you to take care of your child. If and only if she starts anything, you have something in writing to show the courts. Dawg "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6 |
