I am New to SFV |
Hi everyone, it has been quite a while since ive posted. Anyways, I have a question. My husband right now is not allowed to see our daughter alone. My mom supervises his visits but i'm not allowed to be home when he comes over. Lately, ive just started talking to him again and he comes to the house when i'm home and sits in his car infront of the house on the street.. not in the driveway. Anyways, he came over today and knocked on the door and walked back to his car in the street, when my mom opened the door he asked if he could talk to me, so i went out to his car to talk for a second, i kept trying to get him to leave. ( i kept saying ive got to go run errands or ive got to go in cuz its cold) stuff like that and he kept hugging me. He finally left but my question is could I get in big trouble by the judge for talking to him in the street? The judge said i can't be at the house when hes there... I cant be in the house when hes in it. She said that because we would have big huge fights and he would hurt me. And in some ways im trying to remember if the judge said i can't be anywhere near the house when he comes over to visit our daughter. Can anyone tell me if i could lose my daughter over what happened today? I would not risk losing my daughter over him but i guess i thought if we were in the street it would be okay. Any advice? Has anyone had human services in their business? I won't let that happen again by the way, I can't believe i did that in the first place

Please do yourself a favor and go read this your post
There is no difference between you not supposed to be there during a visit, and going out front to talk to him during non visitation times. |
