Does anyone have an idea what might the alimony be for one child? Is it a percentage of the salary? My ex-to be husband is threatening us that he won't pay more than 300$ a month and I think it should be more.
Thanks

Mandolina,
The child support (for the child), not alimony, is determined by the courts in each state. It is based on the income of each parent. As for alimony it depends on the duration of your marriage and your ability to work. I found this site.... http://www.helpyourselfdivorce.com/alimony.html
see if it helps with your questions.
good luck,
Carla
