I received a call from him after I sent him a bill asking for his help- which is stated in the papers. I had left on the machin a nasty message full of cuss words which my daughter heard. She cried and said againhow scared she was. Two days later, he left another message crying about how messed up things were that it would a while before he contacts us for visitation "i have to figure out what to"

Two days later was her birthday-no call from him. So his firned thoguht that was strange- he tried callinghim- his phone is disconnected. again breaking the papers- which states he needs to be reachable by phone at all times.

This is ironic because a month ago he was threatening to take me to court saying I have restricted his visits becasue there were times she did not want to go- she had a sporting event or a party instead- she always called and asked. Of course with these kinds of messages left on my machinge for my daughter to accidently hear, that affects her and how safe she feels with him.

How long does someone have to out of the picture without contact before something legally can be done?

Please don't take any thing I say wrong or personaly.

In ILL if the phone is dead then you can go back to court.
If it's in writen and he doesn't do it, you can go back to court.

What I have found to be true is
"All a woman needs to do is say it, but a man needs to prove it"

Guys like this make life very hard for guys like me.

Good luck

Did you save the messages that were on the machine???

If I were you I would be going back to court and letting the judge know that he is going against the order. And if you saved the message's take them with you. I there any way that you can conact him through e-mail? I know that when doing court here (canada) phone calls are not admissable in court but saved messages on a machine and e-mails are. So you could use them to back up your story as well.

Good luck.
