My ex lives 1000 miles away and hasn't seen my children in a year. My children have told councelors about abuse from him. They tell me and councelors teacher's ect that they don't want to go with him. Then my son when my ex asks says he wants to go. He needs to set up a visitation plan with the court and hasn't filed anything. I am just wondering what the courts usually do with sutuation's like this. I have an atorney but currently because nothing is in court we are not a major priority. I can't complain though because he is doing this as a favor because i can't afford an atorney and he is a family friend. Am I doning the right thing by not sending them. I am scared that the court will make them go and they will get hurt. I just need someone to help me calm down
