I have been battling for to get child support for awhile. He hasn't paid me in 3 months. He also filed a petition to get more visitation and custody. I filed to have his drivers license suspended and he filed a motion to contest it. The county ordered us to go to mediation for child support, visitation, and custody. They never processed just child support case. I have two different senators offices working to see why this happened. I am totally over this.
