Can anyone tell me what falls under the courts definetions of emotional and mental abuse?

I live in Florida. In the court system there is no such definition.

You can look up the cps web sites they have definitions of abuse. Unfortunately they are hard to prove. I had to call cps on my ex and we are still waiting on an investigator to call. They said 48 hours and yet they still haven't called.
