My daughter will turn 15 in October. We just had a court hearing about custody and she told the judge she wants to live with me. I am hoping someone can tell me how old does the child has to be in order for the court must listen to her. one year of her life i was unfit mother and that is how i lost custody and i am trying to get her back. she told the judge she is happier with me. she is so much a lone with her father. I hope someone can help me. i live in missouri. I am trying to find some channels to use in getting her back. when she found out nothing had changed she was very upset.
