In the tough times I am having, I have turned my eyes to the heavens.

I find that when I can't take it any more...turning on some good old Gospel turns me right around.

The many prayers that have been said on here to others and for my family seem to be flowing through me and lifting my spirits.

Thanks be to all of you for reminding me to hold fast and true to the only thing in my life that has never changed.

Listening to the Lord through music can indeed give you peace. I know exactly what you mean, when I feel as if I can't take another step, I call upon the Lord to give be strength, and he doed. Not to mention the praise and worship Cds I listen to.
God is a good God he always provides for his children, and even thoughs who are out in the fields.No matter what you my be going through don't stop believeing God for your victory,for something good is going to come to pass, just wait on the Lord. Your blessing is just around the corner.

God has brought us all through and out of some hard times. It is almost like when the new afflictions come we forget how faithful he has been in the past.

Trials are bitter sweet because they hurt but they bring us closer to God. I am glad that you are finding strngth in the gospel music you are listening to. Most of the old gospel hymns are direct quotes form the bible. That is somehitng you don't find since people try to be so creative today.
