I am a 21 year old sing mother of one rowdy two year old daughter who I love so much....I'm usually not a complainer but I'm just feeling sorry for myself today....My husband died in Feb of this year so this single parent thing is new to me. Before he passed I was a student and could still have time with my daughter because I didnt have a job. Now I have to find a job because I have no income from him anymore...I feel like I am cheating her and being selfish by taking to much time away from us. And then there is the whole dating thing and still trying to be a normal 21 year old at the same time....Does it ever get any easier!??!? Does anyone have any suggestions of how to bring more balance to my crazy hectic life??

Yes, be strong I agree! It will pay off in the end for you and your little one. I am 26 and have 2 children and I want to go back to school, but I have the same concerns as you, but my sister told me, it would be worth it in the end, and she is so right.... Good luck and God Bless you for your strength!

Ladies!
It is so worth it! Do not wait until you are 40. I did! I just started going to college and I am loving it. My daughter is 11 and she thinks it is great I am going to school and cheers me on. She even helps!
Look into adult studies programs.

Stick with it!! If it helps I have been there. I'm now 23 years old with a son who will be 5 next month. When I started college he was 6 weeks old, I went to school full time and worked part time, and many times I thought about giving up, but I never did. When I finally graduated I was proud of myself and so were my friends and family. My son and I are now doing great. Keep at it and don't give up, I do believe that had I stopped going school, I would eventually regret it. Just also remember to take time for yourself. For me I love to read so I made sure I read at least a few pages of a pleasure book each night before bed. GOOD LUCK
