I am a new single mother. I would like to go to school, but I have no money and no idea how to get help so that I can. Can someone give me a place to start.

Start with the counselor at the school you are thinking of attending. I recently went back to school and the financial aid was the easiest part. There are many programs out there .... but you have to ask, ask, and ask again. It is much paperwork, many applications and lots of essays for scholarships .. but every bit of it is worth it.
