DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOW TO QUALIFY FOR STATE ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDCARE?

Look into the Navy's childcare system. It's not as expensive as civilian childcare. They go off your rank for the amount you have to pay. Plus they may even give you grants to pay most of it.

i do not know if there is a place in cali. by the name of human resource agency but if there is they can help.i go through them and i have 4 kids i only pay $35 a wk. 4 fulltime daycare.if u cant find them contact your local dhs they can help Smiler Big Grin [EMAIL]null[/EMAIL]

I live in Missouri and have been recieving daycare assistance for 3 years now. I applied for it at the local Division of Family Services agency. You'll need to bring along proof of earned income when you go to apply (paycheck stubs). In Missouri, the Family Services offices are linked in to the Child Support Enforcement system so they can verify any income recieved through child support. Also, bring some sort of documentation of the hours you work (a statement from your employer on company letterhead would work) or your class schedule if you're in school.
