I am looking into moving to a new job (if I can find one). I am a single mother, my son in 18 months old. Can anyone please give me detailed infos about things like: day care hours, cost, quality of day care, possibility to find a day care place in certain areas � for the following areas: Canada (mostly Montreal), US (Washington State, California, Connecticut). I would like to understand if my enterprise is a possible one: for example, is it possible to work full time and have a payable and good place for my son. Any tip is welcome too. I am currently living in Germany where this is basically impossible, by the way.

how much does child care cost in Canada ?

I have applied for a job in Montreal but I have no idea if this is even possible, since I have no idea how to get infos about child care from here.

Daycare here definitely depends on age and centre. However I know Toronto where I am is expensive but I am not sure about Montreal. I sent you an email with a couple of links that I hope are helpful (It wouldn't allow me to post the sites here)
