Well, I knew it was coming and we have been lucky till now. But baby has her first cold. She has been in good spirits during the day, just more tired than normal. Her nose just runs and runs, and she has a cough here and there. We are handling it just fine, just maybe looking for some extra tips from all the moms and dads out there.

For the cough I sometimes take my daughter into the bathroom and steam it up with the shower. I also use a vaporizer in the room or a humidefier to keep the air moist. Drinking more is also a very important thing.

Her daycare is going to wash the toys in the center tomorrow. Every child in the toddler room has a runny nose, and cold. They are going to wash the toys tomorrow. I have all next week off. I don't like the sound of her cough and i'm taking her to doctors tomorrow. I'm also noticed a rash when she drinks milks, but its whole milk. Last night i gave her some of milk and no rash.

Shouldn't the day care be washing the toys everyday?

Writing a guide for personal change, fullment and discovery for children with dead beat parents. If you as a parent, or the child have a story to share, would love to include it.
