Yeah so I'm 3 1/2 months pregnant, and I was wondering if anyone knows of schools in Central FL (preferably on the east coast) for sengle teenage mothers. I know of a few up north and in a few other states but I'm new to this state, so I really need help. But I'm not looking for a maternity home.

there is a lot of aid available in florida. got to your local DCF office and you will get full coverage medicaid and food stamps, cash assistance, and coverage for your last 3 months of medical bills, just because you are pregnant. Also, 211 is the toll-free assistance and counseling line, and they can give you referrals for almost anything.... food, clothes, furniture, doctors, housing, shelters, anything. Also, look for places like hope pregnancy - they make you watch movies of how to take care of the baby, for each video you get coupons from them that you can "buy" maternity clothes and baby items.... its really worth it.... shelters I know some down here in south florida that are not too bad, but not sure about up there... if you need more ideas, let me know..... i've been there and done it
