I love it. I would never want to live anywhere but Southern California ever again. I couldn't imagine being, working, going to school or raising my kids anywhere but here. I was born on the east coast, in Boston, but I've been out here since I was 12 years old. It's the place for me. Me and my girls basically live on Santa Monica Beach and we go out surfing almost every morning. I taught them to surf when they were 3... I am the quinticential Souther California surfer girl. What do I do when I'm pregnant and huge and too big to surf??? LOL

I am really enjoying this thread. Holly, you are a true inspiration! To be so young and to have already gone through the births of 3 little ones, and awaiting another, and in such high spirits and with such an awesome support group... It really makes me happy that you are doing so well. Congrats on everything, I can tell you're going to be just fine!

I had a c-section last time, i just wasn't in the mood to deliver vaginally 3 times... Plus they wouldn't let me. I want to do it right this time... With an epidural of course!

Oh my gosh, why? Doesn't he think you have your hands full enough now? And with you saying you guys are cramped in there already! Didn't you say that you and Chris were looking to move too?

(a thousand questions you've already thought I know)

Well...I guess you could put her to work packing boxes and restocking the saltines..... Smiler

Just let him know that you have a lot going on, and you don't think that it's in YOUR best interest to have yet another person to look after. I think that taking her in would be a lot for you to handle... heck, 3 4 year olds is more than enough, lol!

i would like her to comedown here, she is cool, and we get along and have fun... plus she is a free babysitter... buti just don't think I can handle it. I wish my dad would have asked one of my older sisters, but I guess she asked for me. She lives up in Santa barbra so I can understand that she wasnts to spend the summer in LA but I definately can't do it with her for 2 months, I'm going to tell him that she can spend two weeks with me. I think that is a pretty good compromise, then maybe Chris and I or my sisters and I can go out a few times!

we're still looking for a new place, we definately want to be moved and settled by september, but I would really like it to be sooner, like mid july. Everything is just so expensive around here... We need somthing pretty big.

I don't know how to deal with the whole bedroom situation... We are looking for a four bedroom place. The baby will have it's own room, so there will be two bedrooms letf for three triplets... How do I devide that up? How do I choose which one of them gets their own room?

Sounds crazy, I know, but perhaps you make 1 of the rooms for their 3 beds and the other room for the rest of their stuff? They are used to sleeping in 1 room right? Or perhaps when the baby is older you combine 1 of the triplets with the baby and leave the extra room as the play/dressing room.

Just a thought.

I was thinking of somthing like that, maybe I'll give the girls the master bedroom, so there is enough room and then the baby's room and my room, then have the fourth bedroom as a playroom or an office. I just need to make sure to find a place with a good sized master.
