I got pregnant in my senior year of high school. I had my son during the middle of the year, graduated, and now I go to college full time and work part time. It's very possible I promise you. With financial aid, grants, loans, and on campus day care it is all possible. Write back and tell me if you have any questions! Best of luck! How old is your son and yourself?

As long as you have a loving and supporting family you can do it. I am doing it right now. I take online and telecourses at my school so I can be at home more with my son ( he's 3 months ). And then I have a part time job. That's from 11 to 4. So I am not away from my son to long. And I breast feed so it gives us quality time together in the morning and at night. You can do it. Simone

You have to remember, women are strong! There is absolutly nothing that you can't do. I am nineteen and have a little girl. She is one and a half. Her dad is 24 and dosnt' want to be with me. That is okay though. He is always yelling and smashing things. Although he would never hit me it isn't and environment for my little girl. You made the first move by leaving that dead beat dad and moving on. Now you should go back to school. I am graduating at the end of this semester and am very proud. I work two jobs, I drywall/plaster, and I work at a video store. Things get hard but it will get better. I applied to college for the fall. So you can do it. I will admit that it is scary but you have to do what you have to do. You can write to me anytime. Sometime support from people that don't know you is good. Keep your chin up!

i got pregnant at the end of my sophmore year and delivered in the middle of my junior year. i still go to school and work part time. it's possible to get through this. i am proof. as soon as i get over being sick i am going to get my grades back up and keep going for my honor's diploma. i am even going to college next year. you can do it, just make sure you have lots of support, especially emotionally, from your friends and family. good luck and keep your head up!
Thank all of you for your words of encouragement. I guess I did not write this in my first post but I am 16. And thats what scares me I feel like I can only get a job at fast food Places. I type really well but I don't think anyone will hire me plus I am inexperenced I have not had a job befor. I'm just really worried.
