I am New to SFV

Hi, I have a 18 year old sister who has started to date again (her and the dad are not together). Her daughter (my niece) just turned a year yesterday, and I am concerned that my sister might be moving too fast (she wants to move in with a new guy). I don't know how this might affect my niece and I only want the best for her. Any advise or suggestions on how this is best handled is greatly appreciated.

If she feels that she's ready she's gonna do it regardless of what you say. So your best bet would be to support her. If you disagree with her decision let her know but don't try to stop her.

I think it's great that your sister got into the dating scene again! It's always best to move on with your life and keep trying until you find that special person. I'm not too sure about the moving in part because I do think that is a little too soon. Does your neice get along and feel comfortable with your sisters new boyfriend? Before your sister moves in with her boyfriend it's really important to know if her daughter feels comfortable with the boyfriend. But, like "thisangel" said your sister is going to do what she wants regardless what anyone tells her. Be open with your sister about how you feel and let her know that you will support her no matter what!
