Could my baby be teething already?

He is only 6 weeks old but he is drooling and chewing. I do not see really anything but still makes me wonder..

I have seen babies born with teeth, so "normal" is always just the average of all the different times. My daughter had her first tooth in at 3 months which I was told was rather early and she gummed and drooled like nuts for a long time prior. You never know.

My daughter started teething at 5 weeks old, but nothing actureally broke through tell she was 13 months old. Can you feel anything if you put your finger on the gums????

From what I hear when they start teething earlie and the teeth dont break through tell late, that means their teeth are going to be stronger. My daughter can not have milk so she wasnt getting the calsium (sp) that she needed but her teeth are nice and strong (my arm has the proof) lol
