My three and half year old son is hitting other kids. I am certain that he is reacting to the fact that his dad and I are back in court and the fact that his dad in order to spite me is refusing to keep him during the day (he only starts work at 4.pm) so I have him in our company back up day care.

He will be starting a new school only towards the end of september so I have been scrambling to find care foe him. Today I was almost in tears when I was called by the Director to discuss my son's "behaviour". Any ideas on how to deal with this. Thanks!
