What's so good??? How bout everything. Us cajuns take pride in our food and preparing it. Usually made from scratch, if your nose aint runnin, it aint good.

hmmmm
Boot at CA
A school in TN
B school in FL
and 4 years in H-ell here in IL
Nope never in the south, at least never with any cajuns.
