What's so good??? How bout everything. Us cajuns take pride in our food and preparing it. Usually made from scratch, if your nose aint runnin, it aint good.

Lets see Stationed down south? hmmmm Boot at CA A school in TN B school in FL and 4 years in H-ell here in IL Nope never in the south, at least never with any cajuns. sorry May have to take a trip someday to find out.
