I think im gonna post this in more than one forum becuase i could really use a wealth of wisdom with this one.
I have explained in other forums that I an a single father of three children 9,7+5. I am living in florida because that is where my family is(living with my Dad, my momm recently passed away, as did my wife)my dad has started dating and i think he wants us out, well i guess i couldnt stay here forever anyway.
so here is my question, i obviously cant afford to even rent an apartment in south florida where i am right now...

WHERE IS AN AFFORDABLE PLACE IN THIS COUNTRY TO LIVE!!! i will be attending college for the next2-6 years because i need to increase my income but for the mean time im looking for a nice (possibly) rural cheap town with a community college, where maybe my children might be safe and have room to play and live without cable tv and such, a nice quality affordable life with little to no ammenities. Its a big country and really any state will do. I am a cook/chef bow by trade and that is probably the work i will do to get through college but i know its gonna be tough to impossible, dont have many other options. Please if you live in such a town share it with me!!!!
