take it or not ....... you should look closely at your sign in name. if you are as such why the drama of worrying about his part i am a single mother of a 16 years old daughter i have been mom and dad oh and i have a court order w/o pay coming in and lets not talk about have she seen him..... well it does not matter to me about his lose you raise your child at this point in his life drew does not need you worrying about what the daddy is not doing in time drew will know.... focus on drew and your life ok what ever the sperm donor does is his problem ok the more you worry about the more stress you will be and being stress is not going to make him do anything different so blow it off get with your life. that is drew's father let it be if he never come into his life that is his lost. its hard but it is fair

You can also look at it this way..if he's unemployed, he can't afford to fight you in court on it. Also, not sure about your state laws, but in some states, if he has not consistantly paid child support for a certain number of months, they can revoke his visitation rights. You will have to ck with your state...but that's what my judge told me at my divorce hearing in Okla. I want my ex in my sons life...but similar to you, my son is 3 and his father has 3 kids by 3 different women...he's in the military so he's always making excuses to not see him. And due to his deployment to Iraq, he has only seen my son once in the past 11 months. He's just in my sons life enough to mess it up but he too won't sign over his rights. However, once he's out of the military and he fails to pay me child support for 3 months, I can have his rights revoked. I already have sole legal and physical custody. But when it comes to visitation, my ex makes everything difficult. So I would check with your state. If you can't afford to get an attorney, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Doesn't sound like he can either in order to fight you on seeing him. Do what's best for your child. He's the only one that matters in this situation.
