I am New to SFV
Posted
Hi I am 22 years old and I am the mom of a handsome two year old boy named Dawson. We just recently moved from my hometown to a new town so that we would have more opportunities. Hoping to find people to talk to on here. Things have been going okay for us as of late. Now our biggest challenge is affording christmas. Hope everyone is well and I can't wait to meet new friends.

Hello,

I'm 29 years old and the father of a smart, nice, and funny 9 (almost 10) year old boy named Bobby. We live in Mass by the NH border. Which town did you happen to move to?

Affording Christmas, well one of the best things about 2yos is that they are happy with just about anything. Sometimes the wrapping paper is their favorite part of the present even.

This seems to be a good place to meet new friends; I hope that you like it here.

Later,
Bobby

They are right about christmas. My son was two last year and i bought him a bunch of presents from the dollar store and he loved them. The dollar store where we live has great books, stickers, little toy cars, and other great things, all for under a dollar. Two year olds love this kind of stuff. They love to see a stocking filled with little things almost more than big things under a tree.

Learning to Surf The Board

Welcome. I'm rather new myself. 28 year old father of two boys living in Manchester NH. This board appears to have a lot of good people but posting is light as far as I can tell. I've noticed some others from New Hampshire as well and a decent amount of people from Mass.

As for christmas...I still don't know what I'm going to do myself. Ever year I spoil these guys with a ton of cash but this year I think I'm going to hold back a ton. Mostly because daycare is killing me this year Wink . I was thinking about some home-made gifts with a couple store bought ones thrown in. Not sure if anyone else makes their own or not. I know what I'm asking family for though...clothes...these guys grow like weeds.
