Ok, so I'm in a bit of a panic... I've been dating this guy for about a month and we have been sexually active.. however we have been safe up until last night.... I guess in the heat of the moment we just kinda skipped the being safe part and now here i am just wanting to cry. I already have a 3 year old little girl and I'm so angry at myself because i know better. I haven't been on birth control for several months because I really haven't had a reason to...Ironically I have a Dr. appt on Weds for the lovely annual check up and to get back on birth control... but now it may be too late...I in all honesty had absolutely no idea he had ejaculated in me until everything was done (sorry for the details).... So one I'm not on birth control and two I havent had a period since mid July because my cycle is all screwed up for some reason. Do any of you have the slightest clue as to what my chances of being pregnant are? I know no one here is a dr so maybe I'm just looking for some reassurance but I'm really freaking out here. I'm just now starting nursing school and my life is finally on track and I let me dang hormones get the best of me ..... If any of you have some advice I'd really apreciate it so much... thanks for listening...

Well, chances are if your cycle is that messed up you are o.k. Unless of course, you are on a 4 month cycle and you are ovulating or about to..... The good news is you do have a dr's appointment and he/she will be able to tell you a lot more. I'm guessing your cycle being the way it is has to do with going off birth control and that the hormones are just still out of whack (which is good for the issue at hand here!)

Ugh my best advice is the obvious, if you aren't pregnant get back on the pill.... after talking to your dr. of course, but seems to me you need some regulation anyway and heck, a little birth control isn't going to hurt --- sheesh that's a lot of heat -- good for you! (except the oops part of it of course)

I think you have 72 hours to take the morning after pill. You can get that at any planned parenthood for free.

I have used the morning after pill before and it worked for me.

I agree w/loveofmine. I too have used the morning after pill a few times and I assume it worked b/c there were not babies! LOL I of course am pregnate now but that's another story.

SUEP is right the chances are probably you are not pregnate but get checked anyways.
