I am a 23 yr old with a 4 month old son, and absolutely no help from his dad, he hasnt even seen him. All my friends with kids have a full time fathe as well, so i pretty much feel all alone.

i'm in about the same situation you are. it's hard, but it gets better.

A lot of us are in the same situation. Sometimes it's better that they never see them rather than coming and going and causing a lot of hurt and drama. So consider yourself lucky that they guy isn't putting your kid through that. Yeah, it's sad to tell any kid they don't have a dad, but it could always be worse.

Do you get child support? How does that work in Canada? Hang in there. Come here anytime to cry, yell, vent, or laugh your butt off. We are always here for you.
