My ex has played another round of his favorite game: "Let's change jobs and refuse to tell you what temp service he's using THIS time."

I haven't gotten a CS pymt from him since he got fired from his job in January. I found out he'd been fired when I called to tell him that after 3 yrs of separation I'd filed for divorce. He got another job about a week later working as a tech support rep for the school system here. I sent that info to the CSED office, which has been very prompt about sending out a new order of garnishment to each employer as soon as I've updated them in the past.

3 weeks later, he slipped and told me it was a temp job, that he didn't actually work for through the school system itself. GREAT.

We have 65768746540 temp agencies in the greater metro area. Because of privacy laws, even if I call, they can't tell me if he works there, so the CSED office has to wait until his social security # is flagged on the state tax commission list by paying state income tax on a check. That could be a month or more.

I got an email on 3/26 saying that they had a "potential employer" for him and would be sending out a garnishment order to them the next day. I've heard nothing else since. We've had this court order for support since 12/2004, and before that, in the 10 months we were separated, he had never paid a dime of child support. The order also says he's supposed to have medical insurance for both children. He's NEVER provided it.

In the divorce papers that I filed in February, I'm requesting a change in child support based on what he made before we split, before he was fired over po-rn. I wonder how often he'll pull the job-changing routine when it goes up.
