I have been fighting this Deadbeat Dad for 11 years He owes 26,000 Has never paid a Dime!! From 93-97 I couldn't find him. From 97-2001. Found out he was working for Parents in their Restaurant Had a Job with a painting Co. But of course Child Support never wen't after him. Then all of a sudden He was supposedly injured in 97 on the Job. Workers Comp. Your thinking Good! Wrong!!
CCS put a Lien on a closed case. In the meantime he gives his Brother P.O.A. which the Judge lets the P.O.A. to stand in for him(nothing major wrong with dad) Twice Come to find out P.O.A. is a Felon on Parole who got out of Prison in 2001.My Ex got a Speeding ticket in 2002. Anyway I could go on and on. Oh! Also denied SSI
The only way I can get the Child Support Owed is by A: Putting him in Jail or threats of Perjury. Does anyone know How I can Do this? His Parents are Millionaires.
In Pine Island Fl.And are the ones keeping him from Jail. They also told a relative that the Money is put away for my Daughter to give to her at a later time. Is this whacked or what!! Help!!!!!
