I have been deal with my local child support divison for over 6 years. I having found that they real enforce payment if you are on welfare or recieving TANF which is fine but they motto is to get child support for the child and not the parent. But when you do not have that type of assistent you get throungh to side or your paper work gets lost. Or you have to go to the the office a hundred times just to get a wage withholding with held. They state, they have more cases then staff. But they do not seem to want implement system to make the work load easier on them and the parents. What sad is I have to get a lawyer to fight for my children child support. Because mishandling of my paperwork.
