I introduced myself in a few other forums on here already... I'm pretty sure we're out of luck as far as CS goes, but I wanted to ask if anyone has experience.

I'm divorced with twin 2 year old boys -- we've received no CS to date ... the dad now lives in Mexico and I would have no idea where to find him, I doubt he will be coming back to the states.

Also, I'm pregnant with triplets... the ex-fiance who is the bio father is Australian and is in Australia and I also doubt he will be coming to the states.

The kids are due in February... I'm going to be a single mom with 5 kids three and under(3 being newborns!) ... I've got till the 31st to be out of my apartment, with no idea where we're going to stay .... it doesn't really seem fair. Does anyone have any experience with collecting CS from an overseas non-military dad?

Well, the father of my child is out of country but he's in the military so there is no problem there....

I would contact your state department regarding child welfare. They will definately be able to help you.

P.S. No more guys that don't live in the U.S.! lol jk = )
