So I called the child support enforcement place today to see if there has been an update. They proceed to tell me that my ex was served on August 9th. So I call him and ask him about it. He says that he saw the constable at his mom's house and avoided them. Then he got on his out of state cell phone and called them to ask what this is in regards to. They told him they have papers for him to sign. He tells them he is working in another state, so is there another way to go about it.

He is not working! (Which is why it is silly to even hope for support.) And he is not in another state!

Do I just have to sit around and watch all this? Why would he even tell me he is ducking and dodging and lying? Seriously...is there anything I can do?
