Ok I have one 8yr but he was the frist born to my ex. He has another child but I will get more support than the other mom because of the first child law in Vermont.

Now I'm going to have a 2nd child with a man who has two other children by the same woman (daughter 12yrs and son 11yrs.) She collects from his millitary carrer/job. He now works at a cilvian job and is no longer in the milltary. Will i get way less for this child b/c he has two other children before my baby?

I'm hoping maybe some of you moms that have a similar sit. can give me some advice. Not that i'm out to have his whole paycheck support me but i feel he can pay more than 75/month too. He brings home 2500.00/month after taxes compared to my 900.00/mon after taxes!

thanks
SPIRIT

I am not sure how the state of Vermont works, but my daughters father has two other children by two other women. I currently get more then they do, because my child is younger and is in daycare. I am in the state of Md.

I suspected that maybe the case even in VT. Because all three children have needs but an infant has more needs. Well I can do is hope for the best when the time comes for that bridge to be crossed.
