Hi! my question is I have filed child support since my son was about 6 to 9 months he is now currently 18 months and I have not yet received one single payment from child support. I've called to informed my self as to why and their response to me was because a judge has not approve an "order of support" So they said i would have to just wait. But I wanted to know if there is anything in my power that I can do to make this process go quicker. Any suggestions, comments, would be appreciated. Thanks

what isi the status of child support. Check your court paperwork. There should be information whom to call and speak too. if your sure check your state locations for the near child support location... its based your zip code.

Also remember the federal amount for a felony is $5000. I know my friend stated that she having problems calling just the basic necessary and wrote a letter to community services when she reapply for childcare assistance.
